We offer services in conventional and non-conventional grouting methods, and specialize in challenging projects that require technical knowledge, material technology, and specialized equipment, combined with seasoned experience.

When the settlement problem is due to a weak soil zone, this method is used to lift and stabilize heavy structures. The process involves setting two-inch pressure injection grouting pipes to the required depths and injecting low mobility grout (LMG) to densify the in-situ soils, thereby increasing the load bearing capacity of the subgrade. This is a cost-effective, versatile process.

Cellular concrete goes by many names and is also commonly referred to as cellular grout or lightweight flowable fill. Cellular concrete is typically made with cement, water, and a foaming agent. Because it is relatively lightweight, simple, and inexpensive to make, cellular concrete is used in a variety of project types. Cellular concrete is easily pumped long distances at low pressure.

Our pressure grouting method takes place via injecting specially formulated cement-based mixes under low or high pressures to abandon lines, grout annular/annulus spaces and fill voids beneath structures. Whether the mix design specifications call for a Low PSI, High PSI, Non-Shrink or Cellular Grout, our pressure grouting procedure contractors will find the best solution for the project requirements.

We inject high density, lightweight, polyurethane foam to lift, level, realign, underseal, stabilize & fill voids beneath concrete pavement, slabs and other structures. This is the fastest pavement and slab lifting process that can be performed with minimal disruption to operations, while being non-invasive and eco-friendly.

Superior Grouting has extensive experience in the art of annular space grouting and abandonment grouting, with four decades of experience.
When groundwater infiltration or unstable soil threatens buried infrastructure, chemical grouting injects low-viscosity resins or gels into soil, joints, and defects under controlled pressure. The material permeates spaces cementitious grouts cannot reach and cures in seconds to minutes to form a waterproof barrier or strengthened soil mass. This trenchless method stops I&I at the source and stabilizes ground without excavation.

Pressure grouting is a construction technique in which a liquid or semi-liquid grout mixture (cementitious, chemical, or polyurethane resin) is injected under pressure into soil, concrete, or void space to stabilize ground, fill voids, lift sunken structures, or seal water infiltration. Common applications include foundation stabilization, concrete leveling, pipeline abandonment, annular space grouting in slip-lined utilities, and load-reducing backfill. Superior Grouting has performed pressure grouting in Houston, Texas since 1983.
Superior Grouting offers six specialty pressure grouting methods: compaction grouting (densification of loose soils), cellular grouting (lightweight flowable fill / CLSM for pipeline abandonment and annular space), polyurethane grouting (Superior PolyLift® concrete lifting and crack injection), annular space grouting (slip-lining and tunnel liner backfill), abandonment grouting (decommissioned pipeline filling), and contact grouting (microtunneling and CIP-to-ground bonding).
