Superior Grouting Services, Inc. is a Houston-based specialty pressure grouting contractor, in business since 1983. Its Arkansas work is a municipal water job in Fayetteville, and it reflects what Superior Grouting is most often called into across the state: annular space grouting on slip-lined mains, abandonment grouting on retired lines, and void filling beneath structures.
Arkansas presents a subsurface problem that most of Superior Grouting's Gulf Coast territory does not. Northwest Arkansas sits on the Springfield Plateau, underlain by the Boone Formation, a cherty limestone containing abundant solution cavities, sinkholes and caves. Voids there are irregular and hard to bound, and water moves rapidly through solution-enlarged conduits. That changes grout selection, injection pressure limits and verification. All seven applicable techniques are available for Arkansas projects.

Cumulative through 2026 Q2. Four consecutive years of zero TRIR, zero DART and zero fatalities.
Arkansas client: City of Fayetteville.
Superior Grouting's broader public works record includes work for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Texas DOT, Louisiana DOTD, and municipal and regional water authorities across Texas and Louisiana. Those relationships are not Arkansas projects, and are listed here only to show the class of client and specification environment the company is accustomed to.
Four of Superior Grouting's seven methods account for most Arkansas work. The other three remain available statewide.
Fills the void between a liner and the host pipe so the liner is supported by grout instead of spanning unsupported. Slip-lined municipal water and wastewater mains are the most common Arkansas scope. Placement runs in staged lifts, because grout buoyancy will float a liner off line and grade if the annulus is filled too quickly.
Permanently fills decommissioned lines, with the mix designed to the geometry of the line. Applies to retired transmission mains and utility crossings taken out of service as replacement programs advance.
Low-mobility grout that densifies loose or soft soils in place. Restores bearing capacity over irregular karst subgrade, where solution features have loosened the overburden above them.
Low-viscosity resins and gels that permeate where cementitious grout cannot. This is the method for defects in Boone Formation limestone, where water moves rapidly through solution-enlarged openings and a cement grout will not reach the defect before it is carried off.
Cellular grouting, polyurethane grouting including concrete leveling, and contact grouting are all available for Arkansas projects on the same mobilization.

This is Superior Grouting's Arkansas track record to date. It is a municipal water transmission main, which is the scope Superior Grouting is most often engaged for in the state.
Arkansas work is served from the Houston headquarters. If your project sits outside Fayetteville, coverage is a question of scheduling and mobilization rather than service area. Call 281-894-4175 to discuss timing.

Earlier than a Gulf Coast project. Arkansas sits outside Superior Grouting's dense Texas and Louisiana corridor, so crews, pumps and batch equipment are staged specifically for the trip rather than routed from nearby work. Custom mix designs add lead time on top of that. Send plans, specifications, photos and any geotechnical report to a field engineer as early as the scope is known. Call 281-894-4175 or email sales@superiorgrouting.com.
Fayetteville is where Superior Grouting works in Arkansas today, on municipal water transmission for the city. Water and sewer rehabilitation is the most common scope across Northwest Arkansas, and because the ground is limestone, void volume is hard to predict and grout selection gets decided site by site rather than from a standard detail.
Superior Grouting also serves commercial and industrial projects in New Mexico and Florida.
