Superior Grouting Services, Inc. has performed Texas concrete leveling and specialty pressure grouting since 1983, when founder Ron Rumpza started the company in Houston, Texas with a single Mayco C30 grout pump and a 1969 Chevy truck. The firm now operates from 8927 Meadow Vista Blvd in Houston and serves the entire state, holding direct project relationships with the Texas Department of Transportation, the Port of Houston Authority, Houston Airports, DFW Airport, the City of Houston, Harris County, the Harris County Toll Road Authority and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Texas presents four distinct subsurface problems in a single state: expansive Blackland Prairie clay across North Texas, saturated coastal clay and high water tables along the Gulf Coast, karst limestone and fault-zone voids through the Balcones escarpment, and cemented caliche across the Permian Basin. Each demands a different grout, a different injection pressure and a different verification method. Superior Grouting delivers all seven applicable techniques statewide, backed by 3,624,247 linear feet of pipeline grouted and 2,837,498 square feet of concrete raised.

Cumulative through 2026 Q2. Four consecutive years of zero TRIR, zero DART and zero fatalities.
Named Texas project clients.
Superior Grouting has performed work under contract for the Texas Department of Transportation, the Port of Houston Authority, Houston Airports, DFW Airport, Houston Metro, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Colonial Pipeline and Flint Hills Resources, and for the cities of Houston, Austin, El Paso, Sherman and Pflugerville. Water authority clients include the North Texas Municipal Water District, the Trinity River Authority, the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority, and the North Harris and West Harris County Regional Water Authorities.
Additional Texas organizations Superior Grouting has worked with include Shell, Dow Chemical, Enterprise Products, Kinder Morgan, Energy Transfer, Harris County, the Harris County Toll Road Authority, Montgomery County, the cities of Baytown and Pearland, Rice University and BNSF Railway.
Non-shrink cementitious grout that bonds an installed casing or cast-in-place structure to the surrounding ground, closing the overcut annulus so the crossing does not lose ground or settle above it. Specified on Texas microtunneling and auger bore work.
Contact grouting is scoped per project. Call 281-894-4175 to discuss requirements.

Saturated coastal clay and shallow water tables drive slab settlement and make cement based mudjacking unreliable. Refinery and petrochemical clients need grouting sequenced around live process units.
See Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange.

Expansive Blackland Prairie clay through DFW and expansive clay through Central Texas produce seasonal heave and shrink cycles beneath data centers, logistics slabs and highway structures.
See Dallas, Austin and San Antonio.

Karst limestone, solution cavities and sinkhole risk require void detection before any injection, and pressure limits that protect the aquifer.
See San Antonio.

Sandy coastal subgrade, subsidence and storm surge saturation affect port infrastructure and pipeline crossings.

If your Texas project is outside the nine named cities, it is still inside our service area. Call 281-894-4175 to discuss mobilization.

"Couldn't have done it without you!! Thanks"
"They called it good, thanks for your fast response. I'll call you on the next one."
Yes. Superior Grouting performs polyurethane concrete leveling statewide from its Houston headquarters, with dedicated project history in nine Texas cities and active work in Euless, Rockwall, Bulverde, Sherman, Pflugerville, El Paso and Fort Worth. Projects outside those cities are quoted with mobilization included. Call 281-894-4175 to confirm scheduling for your location.
Most Houston area estimates are completed within five business days of a site visit. Mobilization timing for other Texas locations depends on crew availability, equipment staging and whether the scope requires a custom mix design. A Superior Grouting field engineer will review available plans, specifications, photos and geotechnical reports before committing to a schedule. Call 281-894-4175 or email sales@superiorgrouting.com.
Superior Grouting also serves commercial and industrial projects in New Mexico and Florida.
